Terms of Service

This English text is provided for convenience. Where it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version governs.

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the League of Legends in-house record and statistics service provided by 오늘내전 (ONNJ, the “Service”), and the rights and obligations of users and the Service.

The Service provides the following features.

• Creating and joining groups (in-house communities) and managing members
• Recording match results, including from replay files
• Statistics, rankings and metrics derived from those records
• Scheduling in-houses and collecting sign-ups
• Team balancing suggestions

Specific features may change as the Service improves. Significant changes are announced in advance.

The agreement is formed when a user accepts these terms and the privacy policy and signs in with a Google or Discord account. Users under the age of 14 may not use the Service.

• Accounts are created through a Google or Discord account, and the user is responsible for managing their account.
• You may not use, lend or transfer someone else's account without permission.
• Whoever creates a group becomes its owner and may grant admin rights to other members.

Users must not do any of the following.

• Register false match records or manipulate records
• Register or publish someone else's Riot ID or personal information without permission
• Defame, harass or otherwise cause distress to other users
• Interfere with normal operation of the Service (automated bulk requests, exploiting vulnerabilities, and the like)
• Use data obtained through the Service commercially without the Service's consent

Match records, schedules, nicknames and other data registered by a user belong to that user. The Service may use that data to provide statistics, improve the Service, and produce anonymised aggregate statistics.

Match records registered in a group are visible to that group's members. Even if you leave a group, records of matches already played may remain so that the group's statistics stay intact.

The Service may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, failures, natural disasters or other unavoidable reasons. The Service is not liable for resulting damage except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

• A user may terminate the agreement at any time by requesting account deletion.
• If a user breaches Article 5, the Service may restrict use or terminate the agreement after prior notice. In urgent cases, action may be taken first and notice given afterwards.

Records, grades and team balancing results are reference information derived from registered records. They do not guarantee actual skill or match outcomes.

The Service does not intervene in disputes between users and is not liable for damage arising from them.

오늘내전 isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing League of Legends. League of Legends and Riot Games are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

The Service may change these terms where necessary, and will announce the change within the Service. Users who do not agree to a change may terminate the agreement.
