LoL in-house auction tool
Updated: October 24, 2026
Open a player auction for your in-house in the browser: captains buy teammates with points. No spreadsheet, no shouting bids in Discord chat. Captains bid from their own devices while everyone else watches and chats.
Why spreadsheet and chat auctions fall apart
Auction drafts make in-houses a lot more fun, but running one by hand gets messy fast. Bids shouted in chat get confusing, and the host has to track everyone's remaining points in a spreadsheet.
- Two people bid the same amount at once and you have to redo it
- Someone miscounts points and a team can't fill its roster
- The host counts the timer by hand and nobody agrees on the last second
ONNJ's team auction handles all of that on screen.
Two auction modes — classic and simple

Classic mode follows the well-known streamer tournament rules: a 1,000pt budget per captain, 5pt minimum steps, a 30-second timer when a player comes up that resets to 15 seconds on every bid, and players auctioned role by role (top → jungle → mid → bot → support).
Simple mode is just budgets and bids. There's no timer — the host awards each player — so it suits groups trying an auction for the first time.
In both modes an unsold player comes back up until someone buys them. Nobody gets assigned for 0 points behind your back.
How it runs
- A group admin opens the auction, picks a mode and checks the players.
- Send the captain link to the captains. Each captain opens it and claims a seat — no sign-in needed.
- Once every captain is in, the admin starts the auction.
- Captains bid from their phones or PCs. Bids you can't afford are blocked automatically.
- When time runs out the player is awarded and the next one comes up.
- At the end, 'Copy result' pastes the rosters straight into Discord or a chat.
Share the spectator link and everyone else can watch and chat without signing in. The countdown follows the server clock, so everyone sees the same second.
Mistakes happen — undo and automatic math
- Undo: if an award was a mistake, an admin can undo the last one. Points go back and the player is auctioned again.
- Seats left: bids are capped so every team keeps enough points to fill its remaining seats.
- Simultaneous bids: if two captains click at the same moment, only the first bid counts.
After the auction
Play your in-house with the auctioned teams and upload the replay files afterwards. Results are recorded automatically, so the leaderboard shows whether that expensive pick was worth it.
On days when an auction is too much, split teams with AI balance or a captains' draft instead.
